Job summary

Littleton Public Schools is seeking a Transportation Classified/Bus Driver to support student transport to and from school and activities. Training to obtain a Commercial Driver's License is provided, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week during the school year and access to benefits.

Starting salary is Grade 7 at $24.75 per hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and pass background checks. Kaiser and Cigna options are available for insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
• Ability to work with students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Transport students and patrons to and from school, activity trips, and other events.
• Maintain safety and order on buses and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Must be able to acquire a Commercial Driver's License permit prior to start of training.
• Provide minimum 20 hours per week during the school year; can earn more hours with benefits.
