Wake Preparatory Academy is seeking qualified School Bus Drivers for the 2026-2027 school year. CDL with S and P endorsements and a current School Bus Driver Certification are required, along with CPR/First Aid certification. A background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities include safely transporting students and staff on routes and field trips, inspecting the bus daily, and maintaining discipline per WPA policies. Travel to district buildings and maintenance facilities is required.

Formación

• CDL with S School Bus and P Passenger Endorsements.
• Background check required prior to employment.
• School Bus Driver Certification, CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Safely drives a school bus on designated routes according to schedule.
• Ensures student safety during loading and unloading.
• Inspects bus daily for safety and upkeep.
• Maintains order and discipline per WPA policies.
• Reports mechanical issues and incidents promptly.
• Completes routine maintenance and refuels as needed.
• Travels to and from district buildings and field trip locations.
