COMPENSATION RATE: Up to $30 per hour (Depending on SCHOOL BUS DRIVING experience)

POSITION SUMMARY

Full Time & Part Time Available

Daily routes, driving for athletic events (locally) and grade-level field trips. These trips would typically be the Denver Zoo, Museum, etc. School bus drivers are responsible for operating a school transportation vehicle over an assigned route abiding by all rules and regulations as provided by school policies and local, state and federal governmental agencies. Responsible for the safety and well-being of students, staff while providing transportation services to special events, such as field trips or sporting events. Drivers must deal with students, parents, staff, and community members in a courteous and respectful manner. It may be necessary to receive and forward complaints about schedules, quality of service or other issues related to transportation.

Drivers will track and document a number of matters related to fuel consumption, miles traveled, number of students transported, etc. Reports will be submitted on a regular basis.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
