River Ferns Academy in Liberty Township, OH is seeking a caring and reliable Bus Driver to join our team. This role blends classroom support with safe transportation to ensure children have a positive, fun, and nurturing experience every day.

You will safely transport children to and from school, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, supervise aftercare, and plan age-appropriate activities that foster learning and creativity while modeling positive behavior and following childcare regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in licensed childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from school and activities.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and keep transportation records.
• Supervise and support children during aftercare.
• Plan age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills and creativity.
• Encourage cooperation, maintain discipline and model positive behavior.
