The School Bus Driver provides safe, reliable transportation for students, coaches, and staff to athletic competitions and school-sponsored events. This role exists so students can participate fully in the life of the school beyond the classroom. You operate a school bus in accordance with Federal, Kansas, and school requirements and coordinate with Transportation department so coverage of the activity calendar is timely and professional.
Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid Kansas driver’s license. Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. This is a part-time, event-based driving role. Hours follow the athletic and

Wichita Collegiate School campus; driving occurs on public roads in varying weather. Physical
demands include climbing bus steps, sitting for extended periods, and assisting with safe
student loading and unloading.
