Now Hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers in Waterbury, CT

As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of students. Your day begins with before-school pickup and ends with afternoon drop-offs, ensuring students arrive safely home. No prior experience is required; we provide industry-leading training to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift: early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off with free hours in between
• A guaranteed 4-hour shift per school day, with no night or weekend work unless desired
• Additional hours through trips, charters, or summer routes when available
