Now Hiring Traveling Bus Drivers for South Bend, IN!

As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.

No experience as a bus driver is required! We’re proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between
• A guaranteed shift per school day, no working nights or weekends unless you want to
• Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available
  
  

School Bus Driver benefits:

• $24/HR-$26/HR starting wage, based on school bus driver experience*
• $4,000 sign on bonus for experienced drivers*

About The Position

• Join our team of professional drivers dedicated to getting students to and from school safely
• Drivers enjoy the support of our industry leading technology to guide them through their daily routes
• Prioritize vehicle maintenance by conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus
• Traveling assignments will be for 3 week periods. Company will coordinate and pay for lodging, food and flights (If greater than 50 miles)
