Qualifications

• Proven experience in bus or commercial driving; school bus experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspections and minor troubleshooting.
• Experience working with children or in childcare settings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL with passenger endorsement preferred.
• Ability to write reports related to transportation activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses and commercial vehicles safely, following traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Transport students to designated locations, including schools and events.
• Enforce behavior management policies and maintain order on the bus.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and cleanliness.

• Maintain accurate records of routes, attendance, and incidents.
