Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and activities. You will help maintain a positive, secure transport environment and support student needs.

Responsibilities include operating buses, ensuring safety, communicating with families and staff, and completing route documentation. CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in bus or commercial driving, especially in school transportation or paratransit services.
• Strong communication skills suitable for engaging with children, parents, and staff.
• Mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
• Experience working with children or in childcare settings, with understanding of behavior management techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL with passenger endorsement preferred.
• Multilingual abilities or experience in senior care or teaching can be beneficial.
• Ability to complete reports and documentation related to transportation activities.
