Zoom Elite Transportation LLC is seeking dedicated School Bus Drivers to join our Illinois team. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with competitive pay and great sign-on bonuses for endorsed and non-endorsed drivers.

You will safely transport students along set routes, prioritize safety, provide customer service, and maintain a clean vehicle. On-the-job training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• No college degree or GED required.
• Customer-focused with a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes and schedules.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time hours with competitive pay.

Duties

• Safely operate a School Bus following a set route and schedule
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, especially children
• Maintain order and discipline among passengers, utilizing behavior management techniques when necessary
• Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers
• Keep the school bus clean and well-maintained
• Communicate effectively with transportation staff and passengers

Perks & Compensation

• $27.00 – $35.00/hour, depending on experience
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for fully endorsed drivers (School Bus Permit/Class D)
• $250 Sign-On Bonus for new drivers (non-endorsed)
• $500 Referral Bonus*
