Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. in Hanson, MA is seeking a Part-time School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and events, with a CDL Class B (or willingness to obtain) and P&S endorsements.

Training is paid, and drivers earn hourly pay with weekly pay and guaranteed hours. You’ll perform pre-trip inspections, maintain a clean vehicle, and communicate professionally with families and school staff, all while following laws and district policies.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
