Job summary

Robinson Transport Inc. is seeking a Student Transportation driver to safely transport students to and from school and related activities, providing excellent customer service and a positive experience for riders.

You will operate school buses or shuttle vehicles, assist students with boarding and exiting, and adhere to safety protocols. Paid training, background/drug screening, and opportunities for bonuses are included, with a focus on community service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Good MVR.
• Willing to submit to a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate school buses, shuttle vehicles, or other transportation modes to transport students along designated routes.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist students with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing support as needed for those requiring special accommodations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during transit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Pay and Benefits

• Pay will be $42 to $52 per route with at least 2 available per day, or $22 per hour for optional trips
