National Trails, LLC. is currently hiring School Bus Drivers for the 2026-2027 School Year. Enjoy a starting wage of $25.00 per hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a guaranteed 6 hours of pay daily. We pride ourselves on safety and customer service while servicing our local community.

Job description

We are in need of School Bus Drivers for the upcoming 2026-2027 School Year. $25.00 Per Hour to Start! $1,000 New Hire Sign on Bonus! Daily 6 Hour Pay Guarantee!

• Responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of students; including all duties connected to operating a school bus per all applicable client district policies & state/federal laws
• Ability to manage and maintain all students on the bus in a calm and safe manner
• Conduct all pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required
• Report to duty on time and maintain route on time and in a safe manner
• Physically assist passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergency
• Inform all appropriate personnel of problems/procedures/incidents
• Complete all required paperwork (including route change sheets, timecards, vehicle repair requests)
• Keep the interior of the assigned vehicle clean and presentable
• Present a neat and professional personal appearance at all times
• Maintain a professional attitude with parents, students, other staff members, fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and passengers
• Safely and efficiently utilizes vehicle equipment, including wheelchair lifts, radios and emergency equipment
