Now hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers for Bridgeport-Spaulding Community Schools, Bridgeport, MI.

As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community by transporting students safely to and from school. No prior experience is required; we provide industry-leading training to help you succeed.

Your Day Will Include:

• A split shift with early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, plus a few hours free in between.
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available.

School Bus Driver Benefits:

• $18.25/hour starting wage

Position Responsibilities:

• Transport students safely to and from school.
• Use industry-leading technology for route management.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
• Pass DOT drug test and physical exam
• No use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana
