Job summary

We Transport LLC in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and events. You will drive assigned local routes, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle while communicating professionally with students, families, and school staff.

The role requires a CDL Class B with P&S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — training provided), a valid DOT medical card, a safe driving record, and a minimum age

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with P&S endorsements or willingness to obtain — we train.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $23.65/hour
• Paid Training: $16.94/hour
• Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
