Job summary

WE Transport is seeking a School Bus Aide to assist students boarding and exiting, and to help ensure safe arrival at destinations. The role emphasizes pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

You will support the Driver and maintain a safe environment on the bus while helping students and ensuring safety throughout the route. This position offers dependable hours and a community-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must be available from 5:30 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday with a mid-day break.

Responsibilities

• Help the Driver focus on driving the assigned vehicle.
• Greet students in a pleasant manner.
• Help students as necessary.
• Ensure all students arrive safely at their destination.
• Perform child checks at the conclusion of every tour of duty.
• Always maintain a safe environment on the bus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week.
