Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is hiring for paraprofessional/bus aide positions to support FRHSD Transportation during the 2026-27 school year. The role involves assisting students with boarding, seating, and safety during commute, with two daily shifts and a part-time schedule.

The incumbent will collaborate with school staff, administrators, and drivers to ensure student safety and well-being while complying with district policies and transportation procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to develop relationships with administrators, students, parents and drivers.
• Ability to communicate and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist special needs students getting onto the bus and securing them in seats.
• Assist with seatbelts and exiting the bus.
• Monitor students during transportation for safety.
• Maintain discipline on the bus and report violations.
• Report accidents or injuries to appropriate authorities.
• Participate in safety drills and staff meetings.
• Maintain good attendance, appearance and punctuality.
• Build working relationships with administrators, drivers, students and parents.
