Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe boiler operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and follow instructions.
• Experience with chemical tests and basic BAS functions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of gas and electric boilers and related components.
• Install new boilers and repair burners, heat exchangers, fans, pumps and seals.
• Annually inspect, clean and service boilers for peak efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and school officials to resolve problems.
• Complete simple written reports upon each work order.
