Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral challenges in a school setting. You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor behavior plans, and collaborate with school staff and families to implement effective interventions.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing relevant assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Develop positive behavior plans and support the classroom staff to ensure implementation; Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data
• Consult and collaborate with the school teams
• Supervise RBTs if applicable

Position Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting,you will provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes.
