Job summary

Nyman Associates seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school setting. You will conduct behavior assessments, develop and implement BIPs, train staff, and monitor progress to improve outcomes.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and clinical leads, supervise RBTs when applicable, and use FBAs and data graphs to guide interventions. Diverse placement opportunities and professional development offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior assessment, consultation and intervention for students with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement BIPs, train personnel and monitor progress.
• Utilize assessment tools to conduct FBAs and collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
