Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists students one-on-one or as a classroom aide to meet IEP goals.
• Facilitates learning activities, worksheets, reinforcement systems, and group work.
• Assists students in general education settings as directed.
• Accompanies students to recess, lunch and community activities.
• Adheres to confidentiality regarding students, parents, and classroom activities.
• Implements behavior management techniques under direction of teachers and specialists.
• Supports development of independent skills through self-care activities.
