The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth (TLC) in Audubon, PA 19403 is seeking a Behavioral Aide to support students with behavioral interventions under the Site Director's supervision.

This hourly, full-time role involves crisis management, one-on-one student support, implementing behavior plans, and collaborating with teachers and counselors to maintain a safe, productive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in school settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages crisis situations and uses conflict resolution techniques.
• Works one-on-one with students to encourage positive behavior.
• Reinforces rules, expectations, and consequences.
• Participates in development and monitoring of behavioral objectives.
• Supports teachers and counselors as part of the site team.
• Attends IEP and student progress meetings as requested.
