Job summary

Covelo Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Burbank, CA to provide direct behavioral support to K-12 students in a structured school setting. Expect 1:1 or small-group support, following established behavior plans and contributing to progress toward IEP/504 goals.

Role offers a consistent school-based schedule with no nights or weekends. Prior ABA/Behavior Technician experience and BLS certification are preferred, and full-time or part-time opportunities are available with benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA, Behavior Technician, or behavioral support experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to consistently follow established behavior and support plans.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled school hours.

Up to $25/hr | Monday-Friday | No nights or weekends

Work directly with K-12 students who need consistent behavioral support throughout the school day. Covelo Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Burbank, CA to help students stay engaged, follow routines, and make progress in the classroom.

You’ll work alongside teachers and school staff in a structured school setting while providing direct behavioral support to students.
