The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, NCI certification, a valid driver's license, and a clear background check, with a minimum of one year of experience in school-based behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Social Security Card.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience working in school settings with behavioral support or intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean background check.
• Patience, empathy, and teamwork abilities.
• Punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral interventions and support to students in a school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement behavioral plans.
• Conduct assessments and gather data on student progress.
