Job summary

Quillayute Valley School District Forks Middle School is seeking a Behavior Facilitator to support student discipline and positive guidance under school leadership. The role involves communicating with families, maintaining records, and coordinating discipline-related processes to assist the instructional program.

The position is full-time, 180 days per year, with a daily 8-hour schedule. Starting immediately, you will work within the Forks, WA community to help create a safe and respectful

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Good human relations and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet the ESSA Para-Educator Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with parents, students, staff for information on attendance and discipline issues and notifications.
• Compiles data from discipline rosters for reports while complying with state/federal requirements.
• Coordinates discipline projects and processes to provide services aligned with district requirements.
• Instructs students to enforce rules, provide conflict mediation, and offer positive discipline.
• Maintains student records daily in Skyward for discipline actions and policies.
