Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a BCBA to support students in the San Diego area, with a mix of 1:1 and classroom-based services. The role requires working with children and managing aggressive behaviors when needed. You will train RBTs and help with FBAs and BIPs, collaborating with teachers and parents to meet student goals.

Position starts ASAP with potential continuation into the next school year. Remote days may be available and there is a full/part-time schedule with in-person duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA certification and license required.
• Strong assessment skills and team orientation.
• Willingness to assist in students learning process.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to students in classroom settings and individually.
• Train RBTs and assist with FBAs and BIPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, principals, and parents to implement strategies.
• Support students' academic and emotional needs in the classroom.
