Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a BCBA for a part-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and other school professionals to develop meaningful behavioral supports for K–12 students.

Position offers daytime hours (up to 21 hours per week) with no evenings or weekends, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development mentorship.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide behavior consultation, staff training, and coaching to school teams.
• Collect and analyze behavior data to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and supervise RBTs as needed.
