Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a School BCBA role in Brooklyn, NY. This contract–full-time position offers $75 per hour and 35 hours per week, working in a school setting to support students with behavioral needs.

The BCBA will provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develop/implement behavior intervention plans within the educational program, collaborating with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field.
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools.
• One year pediatric experience preferred.
• Complies with all professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools

• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
