Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES to provide consultation, training, and behavioral evaluations in a Cleveland school setting. The role develops and implements behavior intervention plans and supervises service delivery, acting as a clinical teacher to educate and observe students.

The position requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and preference for pediatric experience and school-based work.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field.
• Experience providing behavior analytic programs in schools preferred.
• 1 year pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR/Health cert and compliance with applicable health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and training within school settings.
• Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop/implement behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and observe educational activities and behavioral service delivery.
