Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavior analytic services in Everett, WA. This contract position offers full-time hours (approximately 37.5 per week) with competitive hourly pay of $75.

The BCBA will conduct evaluations, train staff, and implement behavior intervention plans within the school setting. Qualifications include BACB-verified BCBA certification and a master's degree in a related field; pediatric school

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field is required.
• Experience with school-based behavior programs preferred.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to schools on behavior analysis programs.
• Train school staff on behavior intervention plans and data collection.
• Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop/implement IEP-based behavior plans.
• Observer and supervise educational activities and behavioral service delivery in school settings.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits. The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools
• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
