Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based support in Aurora, IL. This contract - full-time position offers 35 hours per week with compensation at $69 per hour.

The BCBA will provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations and develop/implement behavior intervention plans in the school setting. Responsibilities include direct observation, supervision of educational activities and collaboration with school staff to ensure appropriate

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, teaching, psychology or related field is required.
• Experience providing behavior analytic services in schools is preferred.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• Must meet professional standards and health requirements (CPR, TB/health cert).

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, training, evaluations and develop/implement behavior intervention plans in school settings.
• Observe, educate, supervise educational activities and supervise behavior service delivery in the school setting.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioural evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits. The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools
• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x‑ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
