Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based program in Brooklyn Park, MN. The BCBA-ES will provide consultation, training, and develop/implement behavior intervention plans in the school setting.

This contract role offers $75 per hour, 40 hours per week, and requires BCBA certification and experience in educational environments. Strong communication with school staff and a focus on student outcomes are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field.
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools.
• One year pediatric experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable; TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable; health certificate.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements; at least 18 years old.

The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools
• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
