Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a travel assignment in Cedar Rapids, IA. The BCBA provides consultation, conducts evaluations, and develops ABA programs and behavior intervention plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field.
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, develops andimplements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services,and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmentaldisabilities and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst actsas a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervisesbehavioral service delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services
