Paycom - ATS is seeking a School-Based Telehealth Therapist to provide compassionate, strength-based, and person-centered care within the school-based system in Cullman County. You will triage callers, conduct comprehensive assessments, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating with school and agency staff.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, evidence-based practices, and crisis intervention with diverse youth populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensure preferred but not required.
• Clinical experience with youth and families in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for the school-based telehealth system.
• Triaging needs for information, referrals, crisis intervention or therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive individual assessments, including suicide/homicide risk.
• Provide individual/family/group therapy sessions.
• Develop clinical treatment plans and conduct follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners for continuity of care.
• Document in electronic health records in a timely manner.

Job Description: The goal of the School-Based Triage Telehealth Therapist role is to ensure that consumers and their families receive compassionate, strength focused, and person-centered treatment with the scope of practice regulations governing CCBHC’s, including the use of evidence-based practices through school and outpatient-based services.
