Job summary

Wellpoint Care Network seeks a Clinical Therapist - School Based Mental Health to provide strength-based, trauma-informed services in schools and community settings throughout Greater Milwaukee. You will deliver psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and collateral support to youth and families with a focus on equitable access to care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, appropriate licensure or eligibility, and 2+ years of post-master’s therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Licensure or licensure-eligible credentials (LPC-IT/LMFT-IT/APSW/ATR-P) required.
• Two years post-master's experience in individual, child, group and family therapy preferred.
• Must demonstrate honesty, reliability, and independence; valid Wisconsin driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy services: individual, family, and group therapy in school or community settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with client, family, and school staff.
• Provide crisis support, consultation with schools, and community referrals.
• Engage in coordination with teachers, counselors, and care teams to support student success.
