Job summary

Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicated In-School Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in an educational setting. This full-time role follows a school-based calendar with 200 workdays annually, including professional development and training days.

Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure. The position offers licensure supervision, collaboration with school staff and families, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Human Services field required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience with children, youth or families preferred.
• Active PA licensure or candidacy (LSW/LCSW/LP C/LMFT).
• Ability to pass credentialing including physical exam and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Maintain timely documentation including assessments and progress notes.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with school staff, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in school and community activities as needed.
• Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
• Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines.
