Job summary

Georgia HOPE, part of Health Connect America, is seeking a licensed-eligible Therapist to deliver clinical services to children, families, and individuals. You will provide biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy across modalities in hybrid settings.

This role requires a Master’s degree in social work or counseling, eligibility for GA licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW), and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children and/or families (internships allowed).
• Must be eligible for licensure in Georgia as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual, group, and family sessions.
• Maintain engagement and monitor progress with clients.
