Job summary

Youth In Need, Inc. is seeking a School-based Therapist to support children and families in Winfield and Elsberry School Districts. You will provide individual, family, and group counseling during school hours, collaborating with teachers and staff, and traveling to local communities as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling or related field or MSW with LMSW.
• Passed National Counselor Exam (NCE) or equivalent credential.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to children, youth, and families in school and community settings.
• Partner with school staff to identify students who may benefit from services and assess their needs.
• Connect children and families with resources and referrals that support their well-being and success.
• Collaborate with educators, community partners, and other providers to support children, youth, and families.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while participating in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development.
