Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or nursing required.
• RN must have Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation (PMH) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center if applicable.
• Experience with the mental health population is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of consumers and keep current records.
• Perform Diagnostic Screening, Health Assessment, and Bio-Psychosocial Assessments.
• Develop and review Treatment Plans and Continuing Care (as appropriate).
• Participate in staffing, case conferences, and consultations with staff.
• Carry out duties listed in the current job description.
