Job summary

TIDEMARK INTERVENTION SERVICES seeks licensed therapists to provide counseling to individuals, groups, or families within school settings. The role involves creating treatment plans, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe, ethics-driven environment.

Regular supervision and collaboration with school staff are required. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field, with appropriate state licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Licensed as a LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW (LGMFT).
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with licensure requirements.
• Meet state licensure requirements and maintain good standing.
• Work hours set by School-based Clinical Supervisor with Clinic Director oversight.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through research-driven interventions.
• Create a treatment plan based on client needs.
• Maintain documentation of client charts; update within 48 hours of service.
• Document services and coding within 48 hours after service.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family sessions.
• Refer clients to specialists when needed.
• Monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Support school-community relations and stakeholder collaboration.
• Represent the agency while upholding ethics per licensing boards.
• Ensure quality treatment through warm, strengths-based approaches.
• Coordinate with client treatment teams including school contacts and external providers.
• Complete initial evaluations for assigned cases and assist with others.
• Cross-train in other departments to broaden agency knowledge.
