Job summary

Eagles Schools District is seeking a part-time School Based Therapy Program (SBTP) Therapist to deliver immediate and ongoing clinical mental health services to students in need on school grounds. The role emphasizes assessment, crisis response, and evidence-based interventions with ongoing collaboration with school staff and families.

The clinician will document all care in the district’s medical records system, ensure continuity of care, and participate in weekly supervision with the SBTP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
• Colorado state license preferred or eligible for supervision within one year.
• Two years’ experience in school-based settings, outpatient clinics or related.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide time-limited mental health services to students in need.
• Assess crisis situations and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with school staff, families and external agencies as needed.
• Maintain confidential documentation in the school health system.
