Job summary

Brightpoint in Chicago, IL seeks Therapists and Counselors to provide school-based behavioral health services at Family CARES Center. You will deliver individual and group therapy to school-aged children and coordinate with families and school staff.

You will receive weekly clinical supervision toward licensure, reimbursement of licensure fees, and access to professional trainings, with a strong emphasis on work/life balance and a generous PTO package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology or closely related field.
• Eligible for clinical licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) and licensure within 36 months.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical services to school-aged children and families in a school-based setting.
• Coordinate services with other providers and develop referral plans.
• Complete thorough documentation and assessments using a web-based client services platform.
• Coordinate supervision and documentation towards licensure.
