Titan Placement Group is hiring a School Based Therapist in Floyd, Virginia. This full-time, year-round role operates within an outpatient, school-based setting to counsel students and support staff, with primarily in-person therapy and occasional telehealth, collaborating closely with medical and pharmacy teams as part of an integrated care model.

Candidates must hold a Virginia-licensed LCSW or LPC, enjoy working with students, and be able to practice independently in a school.
