Job summary

Titan Placement Group is hiring a School-Based Therapist (LPC or LCSW) in Lexington, VA to provide behavioral health services to middle and high school students. You will work in a school-based clinic with full clinical support and a predictable schedule that supports life outside of work.

The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, seeing up to seven patients daily, and a range of comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPC or LCSW license.
• Experience working with middle and high school students.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to behavioral healthcare.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $69,000–$81,000 based on experience
