Job summary

Integrity Placement Group is recruiting a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a year-round, school-based behavioral health role in Floyd, VA. You will serve elementary through high school students within an integrated care model, under the Behavioral Health Director’s clinical oversight.

Hours are standard weekdays with no on-call requirements. Requirements include an MSW (CSWE-accredited) and Virginia LCSW licensure, plus experience with individual, group, and family therapy in school

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Comfortable working independently with Behavioral Health Director oversight.
• Contingent on criminal records check and required testing/immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral health care to students across elementary to high school.
• Conduct assessments and deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans with progress-based adjustments.
• Coordinate care with medical providers within an integrated model.
• Deliver services in person or via telemental health as appropriate.
• Document care in eClinicalWorks.
