OverviewWe are looking for a
School Behaviorist (LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT) to join our team. Under the supervision of the
Director of School Behavioral Health and School Behavioral Health Regional Lead, this position works as part of a multidisciplinary school-based treatment team to provide holistic behavioral healthcare for all Kintegra Health patients. Responsibilities include behavioral health and substance abuse screening, brief interventions, education, and referrals within a school setting. The role involves ongoing consultation and treatment planning support for school staff and administrators, addressing psychosocial, behavioral health, chronic disease, behavior change, and substance use concerns. The candidate must adhere to all professional practice standards and policies.

QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
Experience: Prior experience supporting students in a school setting.
Licensure: LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A)
Certification: CPR
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to professional Code of Ethics.
- Provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, consultation, and referral services for students and families.
- Collaborate with school teams to improve patient care and team efficiency.
- Develop and implement behavioral health, substance abuse, and chronic disease management plans.
- Support school staff with screening, diagnosis, management, and treatment of behavioral health issues.
- Engage in ongoing assessment and quality improvement strategies.
- Provide consultative services and training to school personnel.
- Complete all documentation promptly related to patient care and organizational operations.
- Maintain licensure and participate in continuing education.
- Liaise with community agencies and resources.
