Are you ready to bring your skills to the heart of your community? Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. If you’re passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals living with severe mental health and substance use needs, we invite you to join us. - Community Impact: Deliver vital support in real-world settings, helping individuals regain independence.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside psychiatrists, nurses, co-occurring disorder specialists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, integrated care.
- Advocacy with Integrity: Champion clients’ rights and preferences, ensuring that their voices are heard and respected.
- Professional Growth: Receive up to $65/week for licensure supervision, ongoing training, and career development opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy to 4-5 adult clients daily in the community.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and manage client care with the ACT team.
- Consult and collaborate with community agencies and families to maintain coordination.
- Participate in daily team meetings to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Welligent EMR.
- Offer on-call crisis intervention services as part of a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW/A, LPC, LMFT/A, LCMHC/A).
- Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver’s license.

- Hourly Salary: $52,000 to $65,000/year | $25.00 - $31.25/hour, based on licensure and experience
