Job summary

Axess Family Services in Ohio is seeking a School Based Therapist to provide clinical behavioral health services to children and adolescents within a school or classroom setting. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Unrestricted license to practice in Ohio (LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW).
• Ability to respond to crisis and coordinate with schools and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to school‑aged students within the educational setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Service Plans based on assessed needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents/guardians, school personnel, and community providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and Trauma-Informed Care where appropriate.
• Document clinical encounters in the EHR and maintain productivity standards.
