Job summary

Glade Run Lutheran Services in Butler, PA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy at our licensed outpatient clinic. The position is part-time (2-3 days per week) with 6-29 billable hours.

You will collaborate with a psychiatry team, complete timely documentation, and maintain treatment plans within approved timelines. A graduate degree and PA credentials are required; salary ranges from $42.00 to $48.00 per hour with eligibility for new hire

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited program with clinical practicum
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, group and couples counseling within an individualized treatment plan
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and progress notes
• Consult with psychiatrist and other providers to ensure continuity of care
• Attend supervisory sessions and participate in program activities
• Meet productivity expectations and maintain required licenses and clearances
