Job summary

Washburn Center for Children seeks a school-based mental health clinician to provide assessment, treatment, and prevention services to children and families within school settings and the broader community. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and family therapy while collaborating with school staff and families.

Requirements include licensure near LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP, Masters degree, and ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field is required.
• Fully licensed or near licensure in LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP is required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cultural diversity and its role in therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and share feedback with clients and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans incorporating assessment results.
• Provide individual and family therapy and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide care coordination with psychiatrists and other professionals.
• Maintain required documentation per policy manual.
